It definitely is a daunting task that is outside a lot of people's comfort zones, including mine.  But good things happen when you step outside of it. It's kind of like when you're trying to grow your networking base, but you're afraid of being rejected, or putting yourself in an awkward position.  This is something that I can see myself doing, and becoming confident in with time.  However, one thing that gives me security regarding this topic is that once it is built into a routine, it won’t feel unnatural.  This is one of those things where taking the first steps is the hardest part.  I recommend people to watch this video by Beautiful Beats about this very topic.
